So, as some of you know, I play City of Heroes. I also play the add-on (or sequel or associated game, depending on how you look at it) City of Villains. Occasionally, NCSoft will send me a free 14-day trial code that I can use to lure friends into signing up. Yeah. You called it creepy, before. 'Course, you're one to talk about disturbing, what with the angry canine dentata.

I'm not averse to having another icon. I just haven't bothered, to date.

Thanks for pointing that out. Until you mentioned it, I was actually thinking "rabies" or "Cujo", not "playing with a sprinkler".

Haven't played Warcrack. Sounds fun, but like you, I don't need a second addiction -- especially not *another* monthly-fee addiction. *grin*

Ooooh. I liked UO. Gave it up when I tried Majestic, mostly because I didn't want to pay *two* monthly fees to EA. I was also beta-testing Motor City Online. If I'd wanted to play it after it's release, that would have been a *third* monthly fee. If EA had done what I'd hoped and released their online games in a package deal, I might still be playing UO today ( ... )

Yeah... I was _severely_ addicted to UO in high school. I was one of the beta testers, and I played for the next couple of years till I moved out of my parents' house and got really poor and couldn't afford it any more --; If I get this internship I'm trying for, though, I might sign back up 'cause I'll have a little extra money. God help me.
Till then I'll sick with my 90s offline RPGs like Ultima VII and Final Fantasy VIII ^_^

Sigh. Someday, I'd really like to play through the Ultimas. I played through II, III, and IV. I own just about all of them, but never seemed to have time to finish them.

(Instead of playing U5, I'll probably play U5:Lazarus. *grin*)
