Today, I went for a nice walk upon recommendation by a friend of mine. I explored Fish Creek and met a deer. It was nice... =)

My thoughts haven't really been sad lately, but happy, optimistic, and hopeful. I think about how John is doing a lot, and I hope it's okay. I've had ex's tell me they were suicidal after we broke up, which has scared me..

I've gotten that punch to the gut feeling too just today. A person that I consider a pretty good friend is having a wedding soon and they didn't invite me. :/

Oh Dave... I wish I could list all of the times I felt that way to you. I guess I've just learned to live with it. =\

But it continues to happen today. It's a really sucky feeling... =\
