Thank god that all you of you guys are ::relatively:: okay...because New Orleans looks BAD! We heard about the gas down here, in fact we're feeling the effects of the gas down here as well. A few days after Katrina the local stations had signs that said "please go elsewhere for gas." Only the big stations had some, and that too reallllllly expensive, Of course being Fairfax County the pricks who own a hummer AND a SUV were really whiny and couldn't get to work.
Yikes, cold showers for a week! Hopefully its not too cold down there where it would be bad for your health. My parents are getting fans put into a lot of the bigger rooms to safe on heating.(spread the heat so we don't use as much) We're also gonna start wearing more clothing in the house.

okay I accidentally clicked post comment when I wasn't done.
Anywayz my friend down in Georgia didn't go to school for a week because gas cost 4.50$ a gallon.
Lots of kids who have parking spots are now riding the bus because they can't pay for gas. Oh and school lunckes went up by 20 cents in order to pay for the school bus gas.
I hope Rita doesn't effect you guys too much!
