They break. More often than is reasonable.

This is true. I have been put to great trouble by malfunctioning Dell equipment.

I've had very few problems with Dell Laptops- certain Dell Laptops, mind you.

But nowayinhell would I EVER buy a Dell Desktop

Sorta. I have an XPS laptop I've never had issues with. This was in their "High end" consumer line. Again, hit or miss with laptops
