Also, I've found that over the years, with the more books that I read, I've definitely become a more widely read person, at least for the topics of Sirens and YA and have found myself providing recs to friends, which I wouldn't have been able to do three years ago. :)

I'd just like to point out that this reading list was my reward tonight for an evening spent doing work. That's how powerful (and exciting!) reading lists are. ;)
