This guy just stopped by CSC and told us about a trash can he saw in San Antonio. He chuckled about it and took out his camera phone to snap a photo. This is what he saw:

mabye that is actually a child like ruse designed to fool the police, i mean mabye the dumpster is actually filled to the brim with babies and someone wrote that on there to throw the heat off the trail.
