so in the Baltimore Sun today I noticed that the effort to halt or lessen the hurtful effects of the BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric)rate hike this summer failed. I also noticed that the Maryland general assembly managed to override the govenor's veto to have 11 Baltimore city schools taken over by the state. I swear politicians in this state ( Read more... )

thank God it is Friday today. It is much needed.

I have found my new favorite band. they are called Los Bunkers. they are from Chile. I can't understand a word they are singing and I can't read their website either, but the music is awesome! It is like brit pop sung in spanish. yeah.

I highly recommend them. you'll just bop through your day.
