Are you saying that you've never heard the word "founded", or that you think it's a vague description of the founding of the nation to say that it happened only in 1867?

I'm saying that it's a vague and meaningless description. Canada as a country is a concept that evolved over time. I would even say that the word "founded" is inaccurate.
