Hooray for Gardens! anonymous May 19 2008, 01:05:14 UTC

I also thought about planting a garden here this spring, but as I could have done that two months ago, I evidently still haven't gotten around to it. Maybe I still can. And weeding is indeed psychologically beneficial. Lately, however, I am thrilled with my 12-min walk to work because it means I get to pass by 9 blocks of cute houses with cute gardens displaying a vast array of colourful plants and flowers I couldn't begin to name, all on an otherwise normal, urban street. Somehow the same beauty never gets tiring.
