My husband is currently hiring for a competent, experienced programmer. The role is home based and could be pretty much anywhere in the world as long as they have a reliable internet connection and are willing to work GMT business hours.

Yes, that was the catch my husband caught right away. He was interested, but the hours just wouldn't work at all for us. Boo :(

yeah, sorry about that. He's got enough on his plate trying to work with the guys in the US and is desperate to not hire anyone else who isn't working in the same time zone as him. (me too! I'm bored of him working late nights :-/ )
