I got around 17.5 kHz when I did that test last fall... interesting that your ears go so high.

But, can you hear the note kids started using as a ring tone because adult teachers cannot hear it?

In a noisy room I can hear -something- but cant place it and I pause and the offending person isn't sure if I can or cannot hear it. So they usually let the phone be. In a quiet room I hear it. Past that frequency I wouldnt know if it was ringing or not.
