There might be a sense of "he's stronger than the normal human", but I doubt it would go much beyond that.
҉ What does your character's soul look like? ↯ Um, I almost want to say this is a bit too cartoonish for Genkaku. The closest thing I could assemble to it is maybe, ah ... black with glowing, angry, red eyes and the red forehead dot?

Genkaku is an awful person soaked in blood and selfishness and decay, but there might be an underlying feeling of loneliness and need and ... caring -- compassion, even! But he keeps that part of him locked very tight so it might just be a quick flash that your character would probably dismiss for their mind playing tricks on them.

He has a tragic past that is going to come up ICly later, but I'm not yet ready (nor is he yet ready) for this. I don't mind your character getting the vague feeling of, "well he seems like he's had a lot of problems in his life..." but getting to the specifics for those who know his canon is a No Please.

For instance, trying to spy on him would be like, "okay he's in a grey room, he's smoking a cigarette, his feet are kicked up on the table ... but I don't know where this room is." There are all kinds of rooms that are grey, after all. However, this is definitely a circumstantial question. If nothing is particularly going on, then I don't mind at all. Genkaku fluxuates a lot, both in his actions and in his movements, and where he is at any given time is entirely dependent on what he's doing IC. I would say, for the most part, please ask me about this question at the time it's happening.

Genkaku is an extremely emotional and emotionally responsive character, so the fluxuation in his moods is easy to pick up on. When it comes to the emotions he keeps more private, he will only show those with certain people, so I highly doubt a character who I don't want to know how he's feeling is going to be subjected to them anyway. If you're unsure about his emotional state but feel like your character would know ICly, feel free to ask me!
҉ Does your character have any mental walls or defenses up? ↯ Oh, man, so many. There was a DreamWalking log that took place between Polly and him, and that had a lot of explanations about his inner defenses. Here is essentially what his Inner Workings look like.

That being said, I think it's entirely plausible and actually ... sounds kind of fun! I would be all for a mind-control plot, as long as the MO were appropriate and it was handled realistically (l-lol realistic mind control...) and had a definitive end in sight.
҉ How do you feel about 4th wall breaking? ↯ I would say both Yes and No. Casual/vague 4th walling like, "Ah, you look like a character in a manga! Why do you dress so strangely?" is Perfectly Okay. However, "Oh, I read your manga! Deadman Wonderland, right? ... Man, sucked how you died." is Not Okay.
҉ Is there something specific that you don't want anyone to know about your character? ↯ His childhood rape is a huge one, only a few characters know about his weapon as well as his Katsu, and the people who can know about his "projects" have been given pretty much the Go or No Go.

Explain why/why not/when is appropriate. ↯He already has been imprisoned on Thor and canonically comes from a penitentiary, so saying no is both completely unrealistic and OOC. However, since he has already been inprisoned once on Thor -- even went willingly -- he probably would not go a second time without a fight. If other characters find the oportunity, means, and ability, I certainly wouldn't argue with it.

Alternatively, how technologically gifted is your character? ↯ Hacking is MOSTLY OKAY and if it's something I really don't want hacked, I'd probably put an "UNHACKABLE" label on it. For the most part, that's really more me asking for your character to Politely Overlook this character, for whatever reason. Something missed, a stupid glitch, whatever. He isn't particularly gifted or ungifted with technology. He is seen using some in the canon, but it's not Haxxorz Extraordinaire type stuff.
