And I would agree. But you must have change in order to survive. And adhering the same way to the same rules will stagnate a culture.

It's a respect for the past, a respect for history. You have to know the Laws from the beginning to end. There are some things which are immutable.

I respect the past and the history of my people. But I also realize that things are meant to change. Not the laws, not the rules, but the interpretations of them. If we do not make allowances for the passage of time, then we cannot progress.
