It was a long week.  Anyway, it really seemed long because I had to read Mary Olivier: A Life.  It was a good book, but I thought I'd never finish it!  I think taking notes probably slowed me up the most.  I had a ton of notes when it was all said and done--on college ruled paper too!  But it was good, fun to discuss.

Well, that's that.  I lost my job as a Fellow.  My supervisors tried to work something out with the physical science professors I was working with, and it just didn't work.  So, I'm still kinda relieved that it wasn't my fault.  I'm very disappointed that this fell through, mostly for the sake of the Writing Center, since it seems they really ( Read more... )
