(no subject)
I know this post will make some people happy.
We looked at imac last night. We talked to this salesman (although his little fingers were distracting to me, he was ... I'm not sure if he was a midget or whatever but his fingers were really short and fat and very flexible. Everytime he touched something his fingers were going everywhere so I tried so hard to ingore that and learn as much as I could) and he was telling us that there's no problems with virus. He showed us all varies of models and asked us what we used the computer for. He suggested that we got the imac. Of course, Brandon was going nuts over big screen monitors. He wanted to get a 23 inch monitor.
The kids were getting really restless and hungry so I looked around and noticed they had kids section. I took them over and I realized that they had about five computers sitting on this big round children table. They had those little cute "ball" chairs. I sat down with them and showed them how to use it and play games on there. Fayth picked it up so fast. She wanted to play on a different computer and play her own games. I was impressed how they even provide closed caption on games. I was worried about Dom using the computers because I was afraid he might break something. I made Dom stay with me while we played games together.
Brandon called me over to one of the monitors because he wanted to do a web cam test while he used another computer. I was impressed on the quality. It was about maybe 1 second time delay. It was a lot better than my web cam that I have now. After we did a web cam test, I went back to the kids' section to get the kids ready to go eat. Fayth looked at me and said "I'm not ready to go!! I'm almost done playing this game!". Brandon and I looked at each other like .. whooaaa. Someone likes the computer!
Brandon is convienced, he wants to get one now. I'm almost convienced. I need more conviencing. :)
