Why is my fish tank cloudy?

Pioneer rocks. My job is fun. Yesterday I ground up corn leaves with a mortar and pestle and liquid nitrogen. I've been telling everyone about it, mainly because mortar and pestle don't come up often in everyday conversation. And why am I grinding up leaves?...for RNA Isolation.
