Got a new laptop today. Widescreen. Love it. Not much in the way of a graphics card, but the vaio has that. It's a gateway- much better keyboard than the vaio. Much more suitable for typing/writing/grad school. Especially since I will be a published author . Had to boast- you know, I don't get many opportunities to really feel great about myself!

Went to get highlights yesterday. Wanted, you know, natural high lights. Now I have a super surfer girl hairdo! Some parts are like, really light, because my hair was already fairly light there. Finish my final for SPED 605 2 hrs ago. Brutal- 4 essays and identifications. Luckily, I studied.
Also got my final project back, a paper on forced sterilization in the 1920's and the effects on parental rights of persons with disabilities today. Got an A, and my professor wants to try and get it published in a SPED journal. WOOHOO- I'm excited!!

Had to take the GRE's today. I scored the national average. Which is fine- but if I actually studied I would've done better. Thank God the dean of Graduate Studies is my professor and loves me :) Plus, I've passed Praxis I so I mean, I'm not a complete idiot.... I was sick as hell this week. Another UTI. Had my interview for a teaching position SPED at my current school. REALLY hoping I get it so keep your fingers crossed! It went really well and everyone there knows me so I hope that I get it. EEEE!!
