I had highly considered it.

Presumably, to quietly dispose of the body and assume my previously vacated position with no one the wiser.

I have it on good authority that the clone did consider attempting to murder the original. However, upon the acceptance that any attempt would ultimately prove fruitless, those designs were summarily abandoned.

I was running more along the lines of one clone being vastly superior to the other in several key aspects. I've noticed that a number of times for some reason - somewhere in the cloning process some vital copying jiggery pokery goes wibbly wobbly and reversed; why some evil but otherwise copied, some.. I don't know, blue, but otherwise copied.

Well, I mean I'm glad he didn't try to kill you. Or that you didn't try to kill him. That killing did not take place.

The original merely appealed to the clone's sense of rationality. Fortunately, the clone happened to possess one.
