It's been almost two years since I was an active member of this community.  It still feels like just yesterday that I had my daughter, but she'll be 2 in December

conceiving was the same for me both times around. Didn't track my periods, had sex when we felt like having sex, literally let nature take its course. I fell pregnant after 10 months of trying both times. Exactly the same. Spooky really.

We tried for a year with #1 and got pregnant our second month trying with #2. I was charting both times and still breastfeeding the second time. I was really relieved it happened so fast the second time around because I was dreading another year of obsessing and disappointment. Good luck!

TTC for 13 months with similar methods for #2. Decided we were good with one and made the decision for him to get a vasectomy. Two weeks later, positive test came through. My husband asked how it happened. I said the mailman (which is funny, she's a female).

my experience is probably unhelpful. I became fertile 3.5 months after my first birth and gave birth to #2 16 days after my first's 1st birthday. I know on average it's something like a 25% of getting pregnant during sex during fertility while not contracepting, but for me it's 100%.
