During my visit to the OB, they've determined that my daughter is still breeched at 31 weeks. While they stressed that there's still time for her to turn on her own (and in fact she has done some impressive somersaults just the week before) they did give me a worksheet on positions/exercises to do to help encourage her to turn. I did have a version with my second (he turned at 34 weeks ... unfortunately he went head up!) but I did not have an anterior placenta. The provider that did my version (one of the few local people who did it) told me an anterior placenta would risk me out of a version (increased risk it could tear away from the uterine wall) but that may have been his comfort level, not a blanket statement.

That's what I was told, even by the OB when I asked if there would be an issue with having an anterior placenta; that there was an increased risk of placental abruption. She said that the risk still wasn't that large and "it isn't contradicted for a version."
And that's what's making me nervous.
