[Logan] My friend, however horrendously corn-made it will sound, I really must thank you for being an outstanding person and influence in my life. There is likely little need to say that my social life was not an outstanding one before I left the circus, and dealing with the things that I had been through, and the things that I'd done...

The X-men was one thing, acceptance by Charles and the others and a place to belong... You, however, have given me a very true, stable, and lifelong friendship. There are many people that accept me, now, and many more that I cherish whole-heartedly, but you should know that you are high on the list, my friend, and there are few people whom I respect less.

For hunting down foreign beer, for daring me to live beyond the protection of an induced image, for everything... My most sincere thanks.[/Logan]

Ah, people of the City. I extend my thanks to everyone who has extended kindness and conversation to me. You are also all quite tame when it comes to reaction to... my more outstanding features, shall I say? It's quite the change of pace for me, and I suppose I must be grateful for it. Adapting to this place would have certainly been more difficult if it were less used to abnormalities, I suppose.

Ptolemy, my friend! Your inquisitive nature is always refreshing, and you have much knowledge to share, yourself. I rather enjoy our conversations; they are never mundane nor one-sided.

Herr Phantom, thank you for the employ, when it can be given.
