How does one belly dance in a corset?!

I don't. The cover photo was taken on the hafla night, so we were watching all the instructors perform.

Having said that, I've seen a bellydancer do a piece in a corset, but I don't think it really worked. If you look at the album in my Fb, you will see the (Tribal-ish) outfit I wore to the club night, which is much more mobile.

Thanks, Raychelle! I was very, very lucky to have that corset made. The corsetier has a waiting list about three years long, usually, but I proposed the idea to her at a party where she was a little drunk and in a really good mood. Score! ;)
