AMAZON PRINCE- Part 5
"Have you found her?" the Queen demanded of the Nursemaid as soon as she had entered the home while clutching Fey's blanket to her chest. For four days her child had been missing and she was worried sick. She kept telling herself her Fey was probably fine, merely angry at being forced to sit out of the battles and the feast. But as each day passed, she found horrible thoughts and images coming into her head.
One was of her poor Fey getting lost and injured by a wild animal, which had happened to one of her twins once. It was the reason why she made sure all her children carried knives.
Another was of him being killed by stray men wandering after the battle. This is turn led to another vision of Fey being carried off by a man regardless if he was discovered to be male or not. She had heard tales from women who fled the territory of men of several men who took other men as wives as well.
But the thoughts that scared her most when they entered her head had nothing to do with the visions but the consequences.
If Fey had been mauled by a wild animal or killed by wandering men, his body or what was left of it would eventually be found by either her or someone else and she could only hope no one would check the corpse's sex or she might be forced from her position as Queen. That she could live with but it was the last thought following her vision of Fey being carried off that disturbed her the most- the little voice that said 'good riddance.'
"No, my Queen. Once again there is no trace of it and if you ask me, I say this is a blessing. I told you after it's birth, it'd be nothing but trouble."
Faster than the nursemaid, or now former-nursemaid, could blink, a dagger was placed at her throat and she was pressed against the wall, the sheer display of the speed which had crowned her the Amazon Queen in the first place. "That is MY CHILD you are speaking of!" Bronze eyes were flashing in fury as she leaned closer to the elderly woman's face. "Mind your wagging tongue before I am forced to remove it."
The old nursemaid, despite her obvious fear, pressed on. "Your 'Fey' may be your child, my Queen, but he was a male and is thus inherently evil.(1) By allowing a male child to live, you violated every principle of our village. Our ancestors and new sisters escaped them for a reason. I am surprised Hera (2) has not struck the abomination or ourselves down sooner." The nursemaid grew bolder as the Queen flinched and said, "I suspect this was indeed an act of Hera for the village was beginning to suspect something was amiss with your eldest daughter when it reached majority and was not allowed to bear. If Fey had remained, you and your beautiful daughters along with myself would have been killed."
The nursemaid cast her eyes skyward.
"The goddess Hera has blessed us. If your Fey had lived, who is to say it he would not be like Hera's evil 'husband' and rape as it wished once its urges took over, thinking only of its own desires?"
The blade was no longer relaxed and was now drawing blood. "My Fey would never have harmed anyone!"
"Then... why did it keep asking to go to war?" Wrinkled eyes bore into bronze in such boldness that the Queen dropped her weapon as if Hera herself were standing there. "Women love but men love only blood. Fey of the Remi (3) tribe was as bloodthirsty as its sex. You simply were too blinded by love to see."
The chamber was silent, the Queen stunned. Taking one last look at the Queen, the Nursemaid left to never return to her service.

Chirp. Chirp. Chirp.
The morning call of a local bird greeted Fey as it always did when he awoke but it was not what disturbed him from his dreams of glory.
He took a breath and stretched his legs languishly on what he had presumed to be his straw bed, only to realize he was laying on wood which smelled of the pungent metallic aroma of blood. He opened his eyes to see a ceiling of cloth just as a deep, moan like that of a wounded animal floated to him from his right.
On pure instinct, he rolled off the table just as a cry rang from behind a cloth wall, only to realize that wasn't the best idea when his shoulder erupted in pain.
The river... the other deformed Amazon... the arrow... He looked down to see the bandages wrapped around his shoulder. Thankfully, the deformity between his legs was still hidden.
Why wasn't he in the land of the dead?
"Harder!" the deep voice commanded before giving another, slightly higher moan.
Another moan that seemed even deeper erupted from behind the cloth wall. As the sounds repeated, Fey eased over to see what the noise was, daring himself to draw silently closer with each moan until he finally reached the thin off-white cloth wall and carefully pulled back a corner just as the deep voice moaned, "Faster. I am close, Daisuke."
Close to what?
Fey gasped as the two figures having the same deformity moved against each other, the larger figure bending over the smaller one on a table (similar to the one Fey found himself on earlier) as it's long deformity went in and out of the smaller ones body. The smaller one was flushed and moaning in presumably pain as the dangling organ went in and out his backside, making Fey cringe at how dirty and painful that must be, as its own deformity was not dangling but bent towards the Amazon's stomach while streams of the thick cream leaked from it.
Oh dear Hera, this person was being tortured!
He must be in Tartarus (5).
He was so absorbed in his dread he did not notice the blonde Amazon from the river approach until a deep voice came from behind him. "You're finally awake!"
Fey gave a yelp as he was startled into turning around just as loud moans erupted from the other room.
Why was the other here? Had Fey's family killed the other deformed Amazon in revenge? Was the blonde here to torture him in the same way?
Fey gulped and shut his eyes.
