Hi everyone! I know, I know. I haven't been on this in so damn long. Almost if not close to at least over a year now. So much has changed with everyone and myself. If any part of this post sounds sloppy or is typoed please excuse it. I'm eating the best bbq ribs in the world and trying desperately for it to not drop in my lap as I type, or to get ( Read more... )

Hah, you know I had a little stint at a pet store myself. We didn't have dogs or birds. Just some reptiles, lots of fish, and small animals... it was more a pet supply store than the other stuff... they used to call me the Bunny Whisperer because we'd get all these skittish bunnies, and I'd take them out and get them to mellow out at the register with me when I was doing checkouts... found lots of them homes that way. When Sarah and I got Ayasha I got to take her to work with me as well where she could hang out, she used to love the attention. Yeah and I was just an associate getting the same as you're making as a manager... You might be getting ripped off, but I also suspect the area we live in up here has something to do with that though ( ... )

Pet stores are fun. =) Least the one that I'm at is. Granted I don't make a fortune...but...it's a job that I enjoy waking up to going to every single day. And for me...that's rare to find. Well...shit for most people it is. lol. You gotta find what keeps you going and what you love most...for you it's making movies, plays, and all that stuff you do. For me, it's taking care of animals and finding them a good home. Anyways....about my husband...he has his flaws...But more good then bad. Sides...I could never just talk about his bad flaws. Then I would just concentrate on them all the time and forget what it was I fell in love with. Thats when your marriage goes bad. We have our moments and tiffs too. And then also for us...15 minutes later it's "I'm sorry baby...I love you" XD Marriage is fun. So long as you both agree with the good and bad of one another and can work together on them. That's something that took me a long time to realise. And I'm sure it's why I had so many failed relationships. I didn't fully allow myself to "get to ( ... )

If I'm honest with myself I'd say that Michael and I average 2, possibly 3 tiffs a year. Seriously. I know that probably sounds ridiculously low, but it's the truth. We just don't have much to argue about. I blame Mike's parents for that. They raised a very respectful, empathetic man. It's hard to argue with someone when he's sitting there agreeing with you. :D

And I think it's great that you are so happy in your job. I wish I could say I had a reason (outside of my home) to look forward to everyday. I'm still trying to find that niche. Sometimes it seems that I've spent a lifetime trying to find that niche, but I'm optimistic... one day I will know what it is I want to be when I grow up. ;)

I know you will find what you want to do in life. Some people never do. So once you find what it is...just hang onto it. =)

And just so I can get the nerd contingent going, I've heard too much negative info about Vista to ever consider upgrading for the next 5 years.

Hearing people in the know calling it 'Windows ME 2007' doesn't give me much hope.

The only issues I've had with vista is setting up netgear with it. Cause it's such a new system. I spent like an hour with netgear tech support trying to get it to work. I never used windows ME. So I honestly couldn't say if there is a difference or not between the two. All I can say really is that it's fast and simple as shit to use once you know where all the buttons are. XD
