What is with me

I lost 40 pounds in 4 months in 2006. In 2007 I maintained. I want to drop the last 40 pounds but I just can't seem to get with it. It was so easy when I lost the first 40. What happened to cause me to get off track. I knew I had another 40 to go. Today I went to a new market. Its called Fresh and Easy. They had a lot of organic food. I bought a ( Read more... )

The best way to lose weight is to eat six times a day instead of the "normal" three times. Have a small breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack. That is the best way to boost your metabolism and burn the most. Exercise just increases it even more.
