Mine don't really. My dad just likes to strongly suggest things.
He doesn't take what I want to do seriously, which is work at a small record company and open up my own little vintage clothing store.

My parents wish I was less metro. It's like, we go on trips and it's my dad's like, dream baseball game we're going to see, and I could care less about it. It really bugs him how I don't watch sports with him, and..I don't know.

And for me, I know it probably sounds super cliche and stuff, but I'd love to like, take pictures/write for a magazine, or something. I don't know, something where I learn alot, and it's not the same old boring, repeatitive days I have now.

So basically, my parents want me to be less femme, and I don't want to live a repeatitive life.

that's weird. i want to write for a magazine. despite the fact that everyone thinks i want to be a photographer. if anything, i bet you a lot of moolah that my dad would want me to go back to playing softball and do something with that, if anything. and, i think my mom likes me the way i am. i'm not sure.

i would probably become a doctor or an architect, that's basically what my parents have in mind, a huge job making a lot of money.

as of today i want to be a medical illustrator; supposedly my personality is perfect for it (says some survey i filled out in english class) and they make the big bucks. i guess it's drawing pictures of weiners for textbooks and stuff.
my parents are really supportive of me, but my dad is an asshole so sometimes it doesn't always feel like it. plus, i kinda want to make sure they don't end up in some old folks home; i want to take care of them if i have money and they don't, y'know. like i owe it to them for creating me and giving me everything i own.

and sometimes when i'm in geometry, i'll try and draw some of the things i've seen you put on your journal(s) and yeahh..it doesn't come out as good :-x
