In my experience, peppers are never as big or as productive in this part of the country as one would hope - they'd prefer a longer, warmer growing season it seems.
You didn't say if the raspberries are of the early or late producing variety. Our early ones are yielding ripe berries right now, while the fall-bearing ones haven't started to flower yet (lots of lush green growth, though).
Beans: I've pretty much given up on beans for the trouble you've been having. I grew snow, soy, and string for the past few years and never got them to do what I wanted. :/ If you have better luck as the season progresses do tell!
Cucumbers: If you get cukes, please tell me what you did! ;) I've had horrid luck.
Eggplant: Mine got fairly eaten too last year but ended up producing two rather large eggplants before getting totally eaten.
Peppers: I'm somehow really good at peppers. I'm already getting peppers on my Hungarian one.
