Dont feel guilty, she just little kid, and sometimes they cry for no real reason. Hell, Lena cries if she just sees someone she doesnt know/has decided is scary at the moment. You didnt do anything wrong, and actually most kids would have thought being dropped down on a bed is very funny, its one of Lenas favorite games. Trust me, she willl forget all about it very soon if she hasnt already.
Yeah, I really wouldn't let it bother you. She could have been overtired and frustrated with the fact that she couldn't get you to continue playing "airplane" with her. I've taken care of a lot of kids and watched some of them grow up, and I can tell you that's not something that scarred her for life, nor something that changed her opinion of you. You're such a sweet guy. Don't worry about it.
