"Oh, how are you doing?  Are things good?  I'm just calling you to tell you that you should go to the gym, you're looking a little bigger since you moved out"

Wow, seriously? That's... I don't even know what to call it. Unhelpful? That's one word for it. Every single day? You should tell her that every time she tells you to go to the gym, you resolve to eat more dessert. :3

If she freaks out, go "just kidding! But if you keep up the weight comments, I will be!"

if she's happy, go "Just kidding, and I won't be until you drop the weight comments!"
