Bloomfield seems to be the place to be. I still wish we could have bought our there, but we were too picky. It's apparently the current art hub in the 'burgh. Between Bloomfield and the strip and Laurenceville. Hasen't been ruined yet by Pittsburgh redevelopment and urban planning schemes. Yet.

So, Congrats! The place sounds awsome. When's the housewarming?

Anyway, yeah the place and area are wonderful. It is a very happeningplace. Very alive and holistic with stuff and, well, hip. I can understand that not buying of property. Girl it's expensive as hell over there.

Thanks sister. We'll have a housewarming shortly after settling. We will be at my place tomorrow night for some last back porch fun. PLEASE COME!!
