as u know i am living with my daughter and scar is keeping the apptment. he was barely making it on 1000.amt,,, so now the goverment TOOK 200 out for back taxes or something.. so guess who gave 2./3 ds of her ck to bail him.. im at beths i wont starve..and he is a friend but i cant keep this up....i cannt... can they take your disablity????? that ( Read more... )

YOUR Disability - no, there's not much that can touch it. Do make sure you tell SSA that you've moved out and are filing for divorce. Your check should increase.
HIS Disability (which I assume is DIB, not SSI, since he worked enough to earn credits) can be taken by the IRS, for child support and for student loans.
