Crime motive/Details;
Motive? Well, that's a bit fuzzy. To put it simply, it would be jealousy and anger driven murders. However, there's a bit more to it than that.
Rolo, having grown up knowing nothing more than how to kill people, has been taught that the only way to handle problems is to physically remove them. And this is usually by means of death. As a canon child assassin, brainwashed into believing that killing is "right" and dealing with your issues in any other way other than using violence is "wrong", all he knows is that if you have a problem, the best way to deal with it is to kill the person causing the problem. More information on Rolo's background, brainwashing stuffs, and the like can be found here.
So, when Summer insulted Rolo's locket (something Rolo treasures more than life itself), his only way of knowing how to deal with it was to kill her. Which he did. The same can be held for his reasons for killing Thom and Erika.Like Summer, Rolo killed Thom in order to "remove him" from a problem Rolo was having (and at the time, the issue had been a curse making him fall in love with Rook). And like with Summer, Rolo killed Thom from a distance using a sniper rifle. Erika was shot as well, though with a handgun and at distance of less than 15-20 feet.
Other crimes that Rolo has committed have neither been admitted to nor is there enough evidence for accusations to be made. Nobody has come forward about them either, and until people do, they will remain as unknown to anyone other than those involved.

List of evidence for the murder of Summer Roberts:
✘ gun used was a M24A3 sniper rifle w/ silencer
✘ shot from a distance of 500 yards, from a hilltop, with a slight NWly tail wind
✘ bullet went through and through, embedded in the framework of a nearby bakery, though it might be hard to see
✘ no shells left at the scene, since Rolo grabbed it before leaving
✘ several men's size 6.5 shoe impressions were left with an indistinct, non-marked tread (meaning, his shoes had no distinct tread to leave any marks)
✘ various fibers include three-four caramel colored hairs, two-three white cat hairs, five-six black hairs of various lengths (being from Lelouch and Kanon), and two-three green hairs (from C.C.)
✘ witnesses include two natives seeing a young man with caramel hair slipping through alley-ways with a large briefcase.
✘ various discussions on the network include 5/03, 5/20, and 8/05 (the last being the most important, probs)

▪ Rolo's confession to 3 murders on the network.

▪ Circumstantial evidence regarding the relationship between Rolo and Beatrice

Pending; I'm okay with Guilty, however the characters (namely Lelouch, who will be active in the organization of Rolo's case - okay'd by Lelouch's mun) will ICly try for an insanity plea, due to Rolo's background. Whether this will work or not is entirely up to legal-muns and police-muns.
What kind of a penalty would you like to have imposed on your character, if Guilty?; Life sentence on Lethia (not the death sentence, because Atia's already done that for the police :x); mandatory counseling upon return to Atia
