1. Crop and resize as necessary.
2. Curves Layer: Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
RGB: Point 1 - 147,182
Red: Point 1 - 94, 104 Point 2 - 153, 200
Green: Point 1 - 107, 144 Point 2 - 172, 207
Blue: Point 1 - 108, 113 Point 2 - 155, 195
3. Color Balance Layer: Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
Midtones: -25, -4, -30
Shadows: 11, 4, 1
Highlights: -30, -13, -24
Make sure 'Preserve Luminance' is checked off.
4. Channel Mixer Layer: Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer
Red: 105, -28, -28
Green: 3, 114, -15
Blue: 6, -6, 119
5. Hue/Saturation Layer: Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
I just upped the saturation to 30.
You can stop here, or you can add some textures. I used a notebook texture from
girlboheme and a light texture from
graphic_sl .
