I received the latest VoxBox (for free, courtesy Influenster), which included a bottle of Slim-Fast's Strawberries N' Cream, cocktail and "mocktail" recipe cards, and a plastic martini glass. I gave it a try on my own- a Slim-Fast party, as suggested, is not my style.
Here's their blurb on the recipes:

I'm not much of a drinker to start with, and I have a hard time wrapping my head around mixing alcohol with a creamy weight-loss shake, so I went with one of the "mocktails" included on the recipe cards- the "Sassy Strawberry Colada". It's 3.5 oz of the Strawberries N' Cream shake, coconut extract, fresh pineapple, fresh strawberries, and ice. These are all things that I like, so far, so good. I used frozen on the pineapple and strawberries (shhh!) and overblended a bit, so it's not as cute as it could be:
I was not expecting much. The last time I tried a Slim-Fast, it tasted chemical and off-putting. I took a sip of Strawberries N' Cream shake before I smoothie-fied it- they definitely improved their formula. It's still full of unpronounceable ingredients, it just tastes less like it. It tastes like strawberry flavor- the strawberry milk I enjoyed as a kid. It's not bad.
Smoothiefied, it's... good, for a given value of "good". You could pretty much blend up the other ingredients by themselves and have it be tasty, so that's a help. It's inoffensive (to me, at least)- strawberry isn't my favorite flavor, but it's drinkable. The strawberry milk thing. However, I'm fairly anti-diet, and I'd rather see someone put together a smoothie with whole-food ingredients, and I think I'd like the taste of that better, too.
I could certainly see its use as a cocktail mixer for someone who really wants a fancy drink and is counting every calorie. Here are the recipes, in case you're curious:
