My big tournament was today. 22 contestents came from all over UTA to compete. I showed up about 30 minutes early and got in some practice. I was seeded with a bye in the first round. Been a while since I updated. My parents came over this weekend and hung out with me. My dad and I played disc golf (apparently frisbee golf is the incorrect term, as frisbee is a brand name) on Saturday. He lost. I finished in nine less throws than he did. My body hurts. When I woke up this morning to run, I was barely sore from running at all. That changed drastically around lunch time. It hurts so good. Working out tomorrow is gonna suck, but when something hurts, you don't stop. You do it more ( Read more... )

I am tired. I gave a true workout for the first time in months. Tomorrow morning, I'm going to wake up early and run.
