Good for you Steph. I'm proud that you're taking initiative and setting goals...I should probably follow your lead. As for self-control...yeah I have none either so I can understand how you feel. Hmmm stopping drinking except for birthdays...MAN are you craaazy!! hehe But if it's doing bad things to you (or you do bad things when you're drinking), then it's probably time to cut back.
