Naoya told me to do it. It's his fault. He gave me magic and said I had to kill her to repay him.

Anyway, I don't want to hear any whining. She'll just come back in a few days. No big deal. Plus, I gave you bastards a warning and none of you did anything to stop me. Good job. No, really.

Too fucking funny.

You killed someone because Naoya told you?

[She's torn between "I told you so" and shock that Naoya's actually done something so obvious and direct - until now, it's just been indirect pulling of strings, which Atsuro had tried to explain away...]

[Not that he cares much about her opinion but, he might as well try to make this palatable. He had expected Dilandau to turncoat at the quickest moment, but he had been careful to cover up all the evidence.]

Oh, don't make it sound like that.

[But to be honest, he had kind of forgotten about her, if you will. He's confident that he can explain anything away with Atsuro, and Hiro's not here anymore which is kind of the reason he was being this reckless in the first place...]

It's what he said. Did he get it wrong?

[At this point she's inclined to believe the crazy murderer, but making Atsuro believe it too is a totally different thing.]

I won't deny that I gave him a COMP.

But no, he's not right. [That statement is on the edge of truth, really.]

[ Yeah well Naoya's arrogance = his downfall.]

[...Dilandau's freely admitted to murder. No way in hell is he walking away from this one unscathed. Prepare yourself. As you walk around a building? Surprise. Batman jumps down from the roof, lands in front of him, and immediately siezes him by his clothes.

He does not look happy. Also? Probably pretty scary. He's also a lot taller and looks like he's much stronger. So. Beset by a much larger fellow soundlessly and forcefully? Your move, Dilandau.]

[OoC: Apologies for the repost. Few wires crossed on the plotting on my part, but it's all straight now.]

SHITFUCKSHITFUCKSHIT --

Sorcerer!

[Frantic scrambling, panicking, struggling, grabs the COMP and hits a series of buttons causing a widespread fire attack -- yes, he is a little over the top.]

Letgoletgoletgo! [Struggling, kicking, and generally being annoying and pathetic.] Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck. [Why, yes, he is completely terrified. This will be very easy, Bats.]

[With one swift action, he spins around and slams Dilandau into the wall of the building, pinning him to it and keeping his grip tight. He slammed him hard enough to hopefully dislodge that COMP from his hands. If not, he'll make him drop it by grabbing his wrist and squeezing it hard. Once he's disarmed, he's getting lifted off the ground some.

...And Batman's eyes narrow. No words yet. Fear right now is far more effective.]

So "Naoya" told you to do it. And you had to listen?

[Sure, Jay's been in a similar situation throughout his childhood, but the circumstances must have been far different here.]
