I have to go on a diet. or eat healthier or something

i was taking a shower today and i just looked at myself and hated what i saw.
im not FAT , but im definatly not the slimmest thing either. and it bothers me i dont want it anymore. i dont want to feel unhappy with myself.

i know we don't know each other very well and everyone is going to tell you this. But i think you are amazingly pretty and if i could tell you anything is that i see NOTHING wrong with you. but i know what you mean, i feel the same way about myself. Do what makes you happy but know that there is not one person i know that doesn't think you are pretty.
