I don't understand when people talk about studying all the time. Maybe exam week, okay. But throughout a whole semester of school, constantly studying? You don't do that. Maybe if studying is doing homework to you, perhaps that is acceptable. But I just don't get it.

I pretty much learned that if you're bad at something, no amount of studying will change that. I had four classes this semester and 4.0'd three of them. I also had an algebra class which I got a 2.5 in. I studied for the algebra class as much as I studied for the other three classes combined and still did shitty in it.

That's not true. The only thing I studied for continuously was my math class. For the other classes I only studied for tests.

I don't think you can even make a valid claim that intelligence can be measured by performance in academics. You can be "smart" and still have to study to conform your thoughts to a certain format that a professor or school deems the correct method.
