It looks (from the few pictures that I've seen of you, anyway) like your hair is of a similar texture to mine, so I'm not surprised at all by that.
If I weren't convinced that blow dryers are a horrible invention, I suppose I could just buy one and stop whining about my hair. As it is, it's good to know that I'm not alone in my hair-related suffering :)

Yes, I remember you telling me once that it takes your hair hours upon hours to dry (which doesn't surprise me, given how long it is)... I look forward to growing my hair that long, but not the waiting around for it to dry. This all makes me wish that I didn't think that blow dryers were a stupid invention. :)

My belief in the silliness of hair dryers isn't entirely based on them being bad for your hair, actually (that's partially it, though I'm evidently mistaken there). It's more based on spending your time and electricity doing something that naturally happens anyway.
Mind, I'm quite a fan of liberal use of sedatives, though sleep comes naturally (eventually), so perhaps I'm just being a hypocrite. :)

But I hear ya' about the hair... waiting for mine to dry is the longest ten seconds of my day ;)
