Hi!!!! I need help..

What is Seitan..How can I make it? OR Where can I buy it??

Seitan is wheat gluten chunks that can be easily used as a meat replacement. They have a nice meaty texture. I have a recipe for them on my blog, I need to find it. I'll post it when I do.
