TWD is pure unadulterated awesomeness.

As a MAJORCRAZYFAN of the comics, I wasn't sure about this Andrew Lincoln fellow playing my beloved Rick... but he is perfect. The perfect combo of badass and sensitive. He never forgets that the walkers were once humans and that at any moment he could be one of them.

Makes me very excited to see what Lincoln does with the character as the show progresses. If you think he's amazing now -- just you wait.

I am wondering if i should read the comics or not--i don't want to spoil myself, but at the sametime I do...make this decision for me-will it enhance the show or take all the fun out?

Well the TV show has already deviated from the comic book a LOT -- which is the plan, I think, so that there will still be surprises for the comic book fans. I've found that knowing the comics hasn't made my enjoyment of the show any less -- as an example, during episode 2, I was nervous as hell, even though I knew Rick and Glenn would be ok.

So for me, it has enhanced my enjoyment as there are certain characters or plot elements that I am really looking forward to. But at the same time, the TV show is just different enough not to be utterly predictable.

I say that if you love comics, give them a try!

I can't believe how good The Walking Dead is. The awesomeness means I don't even freak the fuck out during the gory parts (because, usually, I totally do).

I glanced over the uploaders vids and she seems to have all the season 1 and 2 episodes up. I'm rewatching episode 2 right now. Andrew Lincoln in glasses? Hell. Yes.
