I know what you mean, We all do it and most people don't care that they do it. Making an effort to try not to do it so much can make a surprising difference at the right time just appreciating someone when they feel really used can make up for all the shit they've had to deal with. Good on you, just don't be to hard on yourself with it :)

I agree with this policy - keep your head up and a smile on your face and you'll find that things either work or not, the trick is not to let the bad things get to you at all, just sweep on past and keep going. :)
