I am making oven 'fries'. MMMMMMMM. I fry-cut two russet potatoes, and doused them in olive oil and some vinegar (on recommendation by one of my saturday night stockers at s-way). I also put some dill and pepper and salt. They're in the oven now, I hope they turn out how they taste in my head
