I F*CKING HATE SPRINT!!!!!!!!!!

I called yesterday to make a payment of $100, after I entered all the information the phone goes dead. I try again and the same thing happens. So I call Sprint and talk to some woman who can barely speak English, who tells me not to worry. That if I didn't receive a confirmation number that my account would not be charged. Argh, I can't stand that about the stupid phone companies. I think they are the worse when it comes to customer-based jobs, and no-one seems to one to make an effort to improve on the service. Aaaaahh, it just boggles the mind... I hope it all goes well though :)
Oh, and congrats on the new marriage! :)
