Baby Mama Drama Updates

 We found out a couple of weeks ago that the "judge" is a liar. He told the lawyers that he was setting the court date off for 60 days, but we find out a couple of weeks ago that he set it for today. The problem with that is that the grandparents who have custody of the other two children are going to be out of the country for missionary work this whole week. Their lawyer told the other lawyer about this as soon as we found out the new court date. So her lawyer denies resetting for weeks and weeks. She waits until the grandparents are desperate and then goes to the judge and says "we'll reset the court date as long as the mother gets the children while they're out of the country" and the "judge" agrees. HOWEVER, to my knowledge she did not ask for Em. So she gets up in front of the "judge" and puts this on this victim act and talks about how she really feels the children should be together, how this is tearing her family apart, how the children are so affected by this whole ordeal, and yet when she has the chance she doesn't even want her! This is the bullshit that we go through all the time with her. She only wants Em when it gets closer to court time. She went all of the month of September and made not ONE SINGLE phone call to me or my husband about her daughter! Not one! I pulled the phone records! And if she thinks for one second that I won't walk my happy little ass into the court room and hand mine and my husband's  phone records to the "judge" she is sadly mistaken!! I HATE HER!!! Why can't she just go away?!?!

Edit- 1:20pm - I just got off the phone with my husband, and he said that she took Em to the doctor and he gave her mucinex (which is exactly what we've been giving her!!) and she asked if she could have Em for the rest of the week since she has the other two. He said he wouldn't let her have Em for the rest of the week but maybe til Wednesday in case she has to go back to the doctor. I HATE HER!!
