No pressure or time limit on this, but I was just wondering if we were going to log the lunch date with Cain and Mille, or just assume it took place and call it a day?

My own father was a cruel man, and I haven't known parents since I was a small child.

I didn't intend to...pose as your son for these weeks, but since we had no choice in the matter, I thought I should at least try to explain and apologize for my behavior. You didn't deserve that.

Do you remember ages ago when you agreed to spar with Alec? Well, I was wondering if we could cash in on that rain check now? Alec is bored. He won't say as much to me, of course, but I figured the restlessness and the pacing and the general irritability is because he's a shadowhunter without demons to slay, stuck in a dream world without a job to do. It would be a huge favor, if you agree, and if there are any wounds or bruising as a result, you know I'll patch one or both of you up for free.

But maybe you'd appreciate the work-out as well? Clothing optional. {Chuckle}
