The queen of indecision strikes again
And for once I'm not referring to myself...today the title goes to Monica, who has just succeeded in spending $500 to make her college decision. Why the initial $200 expenditure was necessary, I have no idea. And I still remain puzzled as to why the change occurred over nite...and while I find the sailing cool that's about it.
