I see enough space in the living room for a nice-sized air mattress... :-)

There will be more than enough room! The model I looked at was 100 sq feet smaller than this and still felt huge. With mine, the bedroom/bathroom/closets are about the same as the model and the kitchen is mildly bigger, otherwise all the extra space is in the living room and 1/2 bath.

I seriously can't wait to get myself a really big comfy couch and some bar stools for the breakfast bar facing the dining room!! I'm still undecided about a dining room table though...
