I think Kim Jong Il has the worst hair. Although I must say, I pictured him with the M.C. Hammer lines over his ears. Like New Kids on the Block. After reviewing various pictures I realized that I was mis leaded

And I have to agree with Rindachan. That birthmark is pretty distracting.
